Lisa Langley, known as @CAHIKERLIFE on Instagram, is a Central California native. She is an active and avid hiker who is Wildernesses First Aid Certified. Central Coast hikes are a specialty of hers having lived 7 years in Orcutt, CA. These days she calls the Central Valley home. She is on the 2022 Swiftwick Socks athlete team and spends all her free moments exploring California’s beaches, mountains, and deserts.
