About Leslie Jones

Leslie Jones was born and raised in Santa Barbara and has enjoyed living and writing in San Luis Obispo County since 1995. She also has a vast nonprofit marketing background spanning over 30 years. Passionate about the great outdoors and a frequent visitor to our coastal State Parks, she studied Marine Biology in college for several years and previously sat on the executive committee for the local Surfrider Foundation chapter.
