Would you like to swim around the San Simeon pier with a school of anchovies? See the beach through the eyes of an elephant seal? Hike your way up the tallest peak in Morro Bay State Park to experience a beautiful sunrise?
Join us for an evening of adventure and exploration, using Virtual Reality goggles at the Morro Bay Museum of Natural History. This immersive and interpretive experience will allow you to experience your State Parks in a whole new way!
Speaker Bio: Libbie Scheding is a State Park Interpreter 1 for the San Luis Obispo Coast District. She and the rest of the San Luis Obispo Coast Interpretation team have pioneered the use of virtual reality in California State Parks. Libbie is dedicated to connecting people with the wonders of nature, believing that this connection fosters greater appreciation and understanding of our natural resources.
