- Wait to hear back from us regarding your application and your awarded amount.

CCSPA Field Trip Reimbursement Form
GUIDELINES: The grant window is open as of August 10, 2025 for the 2026 – 2027 school year. It will close on April 1, 2027, or when the funds allocated for this program are spent. Request forms must be submitted by July 1 2027 to be considered for the 2026 – 2027 school year.
NOTE: If eligible for grant funding, we will send you a reimbursement form before your field trip. You will receive the reimbursement check after your field trip. If reimbursement is an obstacle, please reach out to CCSPA directly at schoolgroups@centralcoastparks.org to explore other options.
