As the Director of Continuous Improvement and Innovation for a major packaging distribution company, Joe specializes in transforming complex organizational processes into streamlined, high-impact operations. He earned his MBA from California State University, Monterey Bay, establishing a deep, enduring connection to the Central Coast.
Joe’s dedication to environmental conservation and community education aligns naturally with CCSPA’s mission. When he isn’t optimizing workflows or mapping out long-term strategic initiatives, he is almost certainly outdoors—whether he’s surfing along the California coast, hitting the golf course, or exploring with his seven-year-old son. He is thrilled to channel his professional problem-solving toolkit into protecting and preserving the wild spaces that bring local families so much joy.
