Lisa Torres is an attorney whose practice focuses on business litigation and insolvency matters. She graduated from UC San Diego with a political science degree and obtained her Juris Doctorate from UCLA School of Law. She has volunteered and served as a board member for several non-profit entities, including a public-school district and a charter school.

Lisa obtained a certificate in non-profit management and she has advised non-profits and public agencies on governance issues. Although she recently moved to the Central Coast, Lisa has camped and hiked in the local State Parks since childhood.

In addition, her connection to the Central Coast was further solidified when both of her sons attended Cal Poly, San Luis Obispo. Lisa and her family have found great joy and inspiration when exploring the Central Coast’s State Parks. CCSPA provides an avenue for giving back and helping to ensure that the Central Coast’s State Parks remain a treasured resource.
